STORY:
We purchased these green coffee beans from Apex Coffee Imports.
The town of Gigante is located in the East-Central part of Huila at the convergence of several important features in the region. It is known for cacao production at lower altitude farms and for producing world-class coffee at high altitudes. This particular lot was gathered from small farms throughout the municipality and blended based on moisture & water activity as well as flavour profile at our exporter's lab in Pitalito, Huila.
This year, Apex Coffee Imports is offering this blend as an EA decaf.
